ZX Spectrum – 30 years
My Sinclair ZX Spectrum became 30 years. Happy Birthday! We have had a lot of fun together for the last 30 years. I hope we can have fun for another 30 years.
My Speccy
We must perform a Quirkafleeg
I have spent many hours writing programs and composing music using my Speccy, but even more hours have been spent on fun and very playable games. A favorite is, Jet Set Willy. In this game you collect things (cleaning his house) before you get to go to bed. There are many difficult rooms to visit before you succeed. You can only go left or right and you can jump. It may sound simple, but it is very playable and fun.

I am tightening my SPAM filters now. I get so bored with all the offers for medication I don’t need. So if You want to reach me, don’t make your mail look like SPAM.

Nizza Pizza
After visiting the trade show and talking to a lot of people and having been harassed by the booth babes from XJTAG, I felt it was time for lunch. In the vicinity there was a pizzeria. When I looked at the menu, I was a bit upset over the prices. 11 € for a pizza and 5 € for the water!
But it was a large and tasty and made with fresh produce. I was happy.
DATE in Nice
I went to Nice to go on a DATE. It was very interesting and the most interesting stuff was the peak current reducing tools from Teklatech.
But I don’t want to bore you with more technical details. I just wanted to say that Nice is a nice city where you can enjoy a good meal. I asked at the reception in the hotel for a good restaurant with good wines, and they recommended 20 sur Vin.
At 20 sur Vin you were asked to follow the sommelier into the wine-cellar and pick out a bottle of wine. I picked a local wine and ordered the duck. It was very nice.
